Buyers who will reserve a unit in La Vida from February 1 – February 28, 2023, will receive an exclusive Valentine’s treat from Golden ToPPer.

This giveaway is valid from February 1 – 28, 2023 only.

To qualify for the promo, the client must pay the standard reservation fee amount.

  • Php 25, 000 for a Studio
  • Php 50, 000 for Two-bedroom and SOHO units.

The buyer will be issued a promo voucher upon payment of the reservation fee. The Marketing Department then will issue the actual gift certificate once the buyer shows the promo voucher.

The buyer will receive the actual gift certificate once the buyer completes the reservation documents and upon the availability of the gift certificate.
