Welcome to Cool2Invest. We understand and respect individuals’ rights and privacy, and we assure you that the Cool2Invest Team is directly connected to and actively engaged with every developer we represent. We only sell condominium units and projects from developers we handle and may lease other projects as per our clients’ requests.

Inquiry Procedure

  • We entertain inquiries from sincere and legitimate condominium buyers only.
  • Complete the details in the inquiry form to ensure proper handling of your request.
  • Please do not inquire if you are already being assisted by another agent.
  • You may inquire with us if your current agent does not respond or assist you within 3 days.
  • We will respond to all inquiries within 6 to 12 hours. If you haven’t received our response within 24 hours, please fill out and send the inquiry form again. There may have been an internal network issue when you originally sent your inquiry.
  • Kindly send a confirmation or feedback once you receive our response to your inquiry.
  • We will follow up via email or call if we do not receive any feedback.
  • By inquiring, you agree to receive notifications and promotional emails from us.

 

Viewing Procedure

  • Tripping is free of charge.
  • We only accept clients who have not yet made a purchase or who have already made a purchase with us.
  • Schedule a tripping 2 days in advance for pre-selling condos.
  • Schedule a tripping 3 days in advance for ready-for-occupancy condos.
  • Please avoid canceling the tripping once it is scheduled.
  • Tripping meetups are only allowed in showrooms or project sites.
  • Please bring checks to reserve units so we can hold the unit during the tour.

 

Request of Holding Units Policy

  • We can hold units for 2 working days for prospective purchasers.
  • The unit will be held under your name for 1 month once we receive all the requirements, including:
    • Reservation fee (non-refundable)
    • Signed Client Reservation Agreement
    • Signed buyer’s information sheet
    • Signed terms of payment
    • BIR 1904/TIN

 

Client Concerns

  • All requests are subject to approval.
  • A processing fee may be charged for any changes in the documents/information provided.
  • All requests must be sent via email to sales@cool2invest.com.
  • Please be patient as processing requests may take time, sometimes 3 days, a month, or more, depending on the nature of your request.

 

Turnover

  • Spot cash buyers will receive a letter/email from the company regarding the turnover schedule.
  • Deferred payments/non-bank financing buyers will receive a letter/email from the Turnover Group regarding the unit turnover schedule after payment.
  • Bank financing terms buyers will receive a letter/email from the Turnover Group regarding the unit turnover schedule after the developer receives payment from the bank.

 

Non-Cool2Invest Clients

  • Clients without existing agents can inquire with us if they would like to purchase a unit.
  • Clients who have already purchased a unit through a non-Cool2Invest agent but want to purchase again can only be entertained after 1 year.
