      SMDC Currently turn over unit from lowest floor to higher floor. SMDC will inform you when your unit will be turnover. You can call to our customer service hotline (02) 585 0300 for the estimated date of your unit to be turnover. Please also ask smdc customer service to check if you have no problem in payments.

    My name is Nino Alberto and I’m one of the tower 3 owner. Please I will need help to have my unit to turnover to us. My unit no. Is 1030. We don’t have a ref. agent to help us with the transition. Thanks

      Thank you for your comment! I’m sorry to hear that you don’t have existng agent to help you with the process of turnover. For clients that have no existing agents the right person who can help you is the Manager of your previous agent, you can ask the customer service for his/her number. The customer service hotline (02) 858 0300.
